Online Orders

How do I make a purchase from your website?

We welcome purchases through our website 24 hours / 7 days per week or over the phone by calling Suzanne at 1-877-321-3326 (DECO), Monday through Saturday 9:30 am to 7.00 pm, Sunday 12.00 PM to 7.00 PM EST. If you would like to use our layaway plan or need help with a credit card purchase please call us for help with your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Amazon Pay and all major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard and Visa. We will also accept wire transfers, and cash. WE DO NOT accept cashier's checks or certified checks. Our PayPal address is Suzane@VintageDiamondRing.com. For WIRE TRANSFERS, please contact Suzanne at 1.877.321.3326. Credit card orders will only be shipped after funds have cleared, which may take between 2-7 business days. For internet purchases, we are only able to use multiple credit cards if all cards have the same billing address. Please note that VintageDiamondRing.com does accept credit cards payments from international customers.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Any jewelry purchased from VintageDiamondRing.com that is shipped to a New York State address will incur 8.875% New York State sales tax.

Do you offer a layaway plan?

VintageDiamondRing.com offers 1 year layaway plan for both US and international customers. After a 5% initial deposit, our layaway plan allows you to make monthly payments on any purchase. Please contact Suzanne or our staff at 1-877-321-3326 for details. There may be a small fee for any layaway returns.

How secure is the ordering process?

Credit card information is given over an encrypted secure link directly to the card service processor. Credit card numbers are never stored on the web site. However, in certain situations a credit card number may remain in our site due to verification process. Once the credit card number has been verified, the number will no longer be stored in our web site.

How private is my personal information?

E-mail addresses and mailing lists are NEVER sold or given out to third parties. VintageDiamondRing.com does not share information with any unaffiliated third parties or any corporate affiliates. Please contact us with any privacy questions at Suzane@VintageDiamondRing.com.

Do you have a military discount?

Shipping

VintageDiamondRing.Com Offers FREE Shipping Via USPS, UPS Or FedEx Overnight.

All shipments are insured and must be signed for. International orders will be shipped 3 day Fed-Ex International with an additional shipping charge and is fully secure. Customers are fully responsible for all international duties owed. If there appears to be any sign of tampering with your package, DO NOT accept the package and contact us immediately. An extra $25.00 will be charged for Saturday delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

Once payment is authorized: - Antique engagement rings (which need sizing) will ship within 1-3 days, Art Deco jewelry will ship within 1-3 days, Diamond wedding bands and special orders NOT in stock will typically ship within 2-3 weeks **If you have any deadlines please send a note in our cart section.

Can I track my package?

Of course! We will send you a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders will be shipped 3 day Fed-Ex International with an additional shipping charge and is fully secure. We will send you a tracking number via email.

When Using A Credit Card For Payment, Can I Ship To A Different Address Other Than My Billing Address?

Yes, however you must register a non-billing address with the bank that issued your credit card. We will call your bank to verify this information. All PayPal payments must be sent to the billing address.

Do You Accept International Credit Cards?

We DO NOT accept internation credit cards, but you may use Paypal, Amazon Pay or Affirmed credit card services.

Return Policy

All purchased antique jewelry items have a 30 day, 100% money back guarantee from date of receipt. If you do not like your purchase, for any reason, simply call or e-mail us for return shipping instructions. There is no fee or penalty for returning the item. After 30 days you may return the item for store credit only. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received. If any sizing, setting, damage or alterations have been done to to any piece of jewelry by anyone other than VintageDiamondRing.com, it may NOT be returned. Any custom made piece of jewelry may NOT be returned. Once we receive, and accept, your returned item, your refund will be processed within 2 days. Upon receiving your return, our quality assurance department will insure there has been no modifications or damage. When returning an item, please place all original packaging in a box, including the appraisal and the diamond certificate.

Are There Any Guarantees?

At VintageDiamondRing.com our top priority is our customers satisfaction. All of our antique rings, and jewelry have a 30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. If you do not like the item for any reason simply call or email us for return shipping instructions. We do reserve the right to refuse a return if we determine any sizing, setting, damage or alterations have been done to any piece of jewelry by any one other than VintageDiamondRing.com.

Are Your Jewelry And Diamonds Conflict Free?

Yes, our antique engagement rings and Art Deco jewelry only feature old European and mine cut diamonds, and gemstones that have been mined sometime in the last 25 years and in some cases 100 years. Because we only sell antique and vintage diamonds, our jewelry is completely conflict free.

Is There A Restocking Fee For A Returned Item?

Absolutely not!

Do You Sell Loose Diamonds And Can I Buy A Setting Without A Diamond?

We have an extensive inventory of loose GIA certified diamonds and offer loose diamonds for sale. However, we WILL NOT sell a setting without a diamond.

Do Your Diamonds Come With Certificates?

Many of our diamonds and gemstones will be accompanied by GIA, EGL, AGI and AGL gem reports.

Can I See A Video Or Photo Of A Ring?

Of course! If you aren’t quite sure about a piece you’re considering, just email us and we’ll send you any additional photos and/or information you would like.

Where Are You Located And Do You Have A Retail Store?

We do not have a storefront, but we frequently meet with clients at our private offices in New York City. If you are interested in speaking with us in person, or visiting us to see some of our rings and jewelry, we’d be more than happy to set up an appointment for you. Do You Take Custom Orders?

Yes. Please tell us what you want, whether a vintage replica ring, wedding band, or three stone ring, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Custom orders may not be returned!

Do You Charge For Ring Sizing?

Most sizings are FREE, however some more intricate rings may have a sizing charge added.

May I Return A Ring After Sizing?

Yes, however you will be charged a sizing fee.
