The diamonds are flanked by 6 synthetic sapphires and 18 old European cut diamond accents. Hand fabricated in gleaming platinum, accentuated with open metal work and intricate filigree engravings. A stunning and rare vintage ring. perfect to wear on either hand. In pristine condition. Measuring about 1/2 inch in length.
