This stunning diamond resides in a two-tiered octagonal frame, flanked by eight (8) synthetic square cut sapphire accents. Beautifully handcrafted in 14 kt white gold, accentuated with intricate filigree engravings and open metal work, this is a lovely vintage piece, in good condition.
