This ring features a bezel set .20 carat old mine cut diamond of J color and SI1 clarity, surrounded by eight (8) natural baguette sapphires and twenty four (24) old mine cut diamonds. Beautifully crafted in platinum and 18 kt yellow gold, and accentuated with milgrain engravings, this is a lovely antique ring in good condition and very hard to find.
