This ring features three (3) single cut diamonds, two (2) north-south bezel set synthetic rubies, and is surrounded by six (6) rose cut diamond accents. Beautifully crafted in 10 kt two tone gold, and accentuated with delicate milgrain engravings, this is perfect to wear on either hand. Very hard to find. In good condition.
