The Lillie ring features 3 icy white old European cut diamonds. The diamonds float magically within a beautiful filigree-engraved 14 karat two-tone setting, flanked by 6 single cut diamond accents. Crafted in the 1940's in 14 karat white gold atop 14 karat yellow gold, accentuated with delicate milgrain engravings and open metal work. A stunning antique piece, in very good condition.
