The diamond is set in a circular open faced setting, flanked by 2 bezel set mine cut diamonds and surrounded by 18 mine and single cut diamond accents. Beautifully crafted in platinum, adorned with milgrain engravings and swirls of intricate metal work. A remarkable piece! In very good condition.
