This ring boasts an original .25 carat bezel set old mine pear shape diamond of E color and VS2 clarity, flanked by four (4) vintage synthetic sapphires and twenty two (22) old European cut diamond accents. Crafted in gleaming platinum and accentuated with intricate milgrain and filigree engravings. A timeless beautiful vintage ring in good condition and very hard to find.
