Returns sent without our knowledge and subsequently lost or stolen in transit are the responsibility of the sender.

We offer free insured UPS shipping with delivery in 1–3 business days. All shipments require an adult signature and are fully insured for the full purchase price. For P.O. Boxes, we use U.S. Registered Mail with return signature required, also insured for the full value.
Orders outside the U.S. will be shipped within 1–3 business days via insured FedEx International delivery, with an additional charge.
