We offer free insured UPS shipping with delivery in 1–3 business days. All shipments require an adult signature and are fully insured for the full purchase price. For P.O. Boxes, we use U.S. Registered Mail with return signature required, also insured for the full value.

Orders outside the U.S. will be shipped within 1–3 business days via insured FedEx International delivery, with an additional charge.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. We offer free return shipping within the U.S.—just email us to arrange your return or exchange, and we’ll provide a prepaid, insured UPS label. Jewelry that has been altered by a third-party jeweler or shows signs of damage may not be accepted. Returns sent without our knowledge and subsequently lost or stolen in transit are the responsibility of the sender.

Yes. We offer a 30-day hold with a fully refundable deposit, giving you time to make your decision while keeping the ring reserved. We also offer a one-year layaway plan with just 5% down.
