This ring features a GIA .78 carat old European cut diamond of E color and VS2 clarity surrounded by four (4) synthetic kite shape sapphires and twenty two (22) single cut diamond accents. Beautifully crafted in platinum, and accentuated with intricate milgrain and filigree engravings, this is a rare and timeless classic, in very good condition. Size 4.75 and easily sized.
