We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. We offer free return shipping within the U.S.—just email us to arrange your return or exchange, and we’ll provide a prepaid, insured UPS label. Returns sent without our knowledge and subsequently lost or stolen in transit are the responsibility of the sender.
Shipping
We offer free insured UPS shipping with delivery in 1–3 business days. All shipments require an adult signature and are fully insured for the full purchase price. For P.O. Boxes, we use U.S. Registered Mail with return signature required, also insured for the full value.
