The Alter ring is an authentic vintage sapphire engagement ring, circa 1940's. This ring showcases a .20 carat synthetic square cut sapphire residing in a geometric two tier square frame, flanked by two (2) dainty single cut diamond accents. Beautifully crafted in 14 Kt two tone gold, and accentuated with delicate milgrain engravings. A sweet dainty vintage piece, in good condition.
